New Website to access this surgery online - WEF 11/01/2016 Vision Online Services will become Patient Services. This transition should be automatic. Next time you login you will be guided through moving to the new website, you will need to create a new password.

Access to your medical records. You can now apply to access your medical records online. To do this you will first need to be registered for Patient Online Services. Apply at reception by completing a request form.

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.


A ramp and double doors are provided at the entrance to the surgery for ease of access. If you require any assistance please ask at reception. The patient toilet  allows for a wheelchair and has disabled facilities.

On line services available

You can now book your doctors appointment on line and order repeat prescriptions visit

 - you will need to register for this service at reception and obtain a token advising of your first login details. You can also request access to your journal online by application at reception. If you have any questions ar queries regarding your medical journal and entries within it, you should make an appointment to see or speak with a clinician. Please do not ask reception as they are not qualified to answer such questions.
